In this episode, the squad is accompanied by 17-year-old Ian Brock, an impressive young man who believes he can change the world through inspiration, entrepreneurship, and computer science in his company Dream Hustle Code. Growing up in Chicago, his vision for the future was all about making it to the NBA.
However, the trajectory of his life was forever changed when he saw two-time NBA champ, Chris Bosh, talking about learning how to code, and his love for coding. Hearing from somebody who looked like him and was one of his favorite basketball players was what got him hooked on learning how to code. That encounter planted a seed in Ian that put him on a trajectory to impart confidence and interest in computer science and technology to Black and Brown youth in his company, Dream Hustle Code.
