What Up, What Up, What Up!!! It’s your boy ET, here to inspire teachers, administrators, mentors, parents, and leaders within the academic community to make a MASSIVE IMPACT within their communities! In this episode, we’re sharing with you an inside perspective from what it was like for a high school staff who recently was able to hear from ET and our team during a professional development session as a part of our Playbook Program.
ET walked them through the Flight Assessment and discussed the power of reaching and teaching ALL students. Taking and understanding the Flight Assessment is the first step in developing a strong sense of self-awareness & authenticity as a staff.
During this power hour with ET and the team, we helped lay the foundation to introduce new perspectives on effective communication, teaching styles, and, most importantly – the self. Staff walked away with a basic understanding of four behavior styles and a clearer understanding of who they are as an educator!
