In this episode, Dr. Thomas shares why he developed the Next Up Boss Youth Entrepreneurship program through his educational nonprofit, The School Days Foundation. Next Up Boss is a FREE YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM that gives teens everything they need to BUILD, OWN, SCALE, and SUCCEED in their own business. Next Up Boss is committed to doing this critical work, particularly in underserved communities and populations, to revitalize their economies and equip youth and their parents with the tools needed to build and manage generational wealth.
