To manifest inner peace is to embrace and bring forth healing of the body, brain, and nervous system. Neurological functionalities and circuits in our brains can improve on a major scale by integrating deeper levels of inner peace.

The opposite of inner peace I would say is stress and fear which makes our body excrete cortisol and stress hormones that damages and ages our bodies. In contrast, inner peace and deep rest heal the body and protect our cells, tissues, and DNA.

Teaching yourself to be calm and peaceful even under challenging experiences can level up your well-being and health to an incredible measure. That’s a good aim. It’s not a trivial thing. It is an ideal that can manifest a better life for you, and make you more pleasant and relaxing to be around for others helping you progress forward with more joy and clarity.

Tip: relaxing activities promote peace of mind, so when you relax the body, your mind inevitably relaxes as the two are interconnected. One example is a bath, sauna, massage, or simply relaxing in the sun, nature, or things in general that you find soothing and nourishing.

Meditation is an incredible tool, a practice that can literally change your brain. Yes, physically. it should never be overlooked. In my opinion, it is essential to learn about it, and how to do it.

I am in no way or shape advocating living in a constant state of inner peace because it’s impossible if you have big life goals and dreams you want to achieve that require risk and exposing yourself to the unknown, potential dangers, and things that can hurt you mentally and physically, you don’t approach those things with inner peace, you approach it with wisdom. Dreams and desires require risk and immense inner strength, and assertiveness. You can not meditate yourself to your deepest desires. Meditate all you want, your dream home won’t appear in your possession out of nowhere. You have to act and move and put yourself in a position where you can actually manifest those desires. Some things in life need a much more aggressive and headstrong approach because of the inherent risks of exploring uncharted territory.
Embrace the adventure, and know when to rest.
